RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Ensueños Art, every piece is handcrafted with love and made to order just for you. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our policy:

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at viviancal@ensuenosart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Custom and personalized orders Because our pieces are made to order and personalized to your specifications (colors, charms, medals, size), custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at viviancal@ensuenosart.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items. Please contact us at viviancal@ensuenosart.com to arrange an exchange.
